Estate Planning Attorney

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Estate Planning Attorney will guide clients through the estate planning process, conduct virtual meetings, and draft legal documents, all within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual client meetings to gather information and present tailored estate planning strategies Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and respond to client inquiries Required qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one state bar 3+ years of experience in estate and trust planning Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust funding Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Virtual Vocations Inc
