Sets up dining room tables and wait staff stations for scheduled meal service.2. Takes residents’ food and beverage orders.3. Explains preparation of items, and items on the menu.4. Ability to understand and follow special food requests.5. Provides efficient and courteous restaurant-style service to residents and guests.6. Cleans away spilled food and broken dishware as needed.7. Clears tables of dirty dishware, silverware and linens; wipes chairs.8. Vacuums floor after scheduled meal service.9. Sets tables for next meal seating.10. Is responsible for cleaning other areas of the dining room when meal service is completed.11. Other tasks as requested or assigned.12.
