We’re on the hunt for a scrappy, relationship-driven, metrics-loving Business Development Specialist (BDS) to help us grow both brands. You love a good sales workflow, know how to manage your pipeline, and thrive in a metric-friendly environment. Tech-Savvy. You know your way around CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Suite, and whatever new app helps you do it better. Industry-Aware. You speak fluent marketing, creative, and tech—or you’re ready to learn fast and fake it ‘til you make it. What You’ll Do Prospect & Close. Use cold outreach, warm intros, and genuine charm to bring in new business from marketing, tech, and creative teams. Research & Convert. Qualify leads and move them through the funnel like a boss. Network. Join events, meetups, coffee chats, and Slack communities (yes, even the awkward ones). Lead Intake. Handle inbound leads like gold—because they are. Kick off onboarding in tandem with our recruiting and client service teams. 10% Client Relationship & Account Growth Expand & Retain. Keep your clients close and their hiring managers closer. Spot new opportunities before they even realize they need help. Collaborate. Partner with recruiting, marketing, and leadership to deliver smart, strategic staffing solutions. 10% Sales Process & Admin Plan the Work. Build and execute weekly sales strategies using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry job boards. Track the Work . Log it all in TrackerRMS and/or Zoho. Update pipelines, report on metrics, rinse and repeat. Close the Work. Help prep estimates, proposals, and contracts in partnership with our Client & Account Manager. What You Bring * 3+ years of B2B sales experience (bonus points for staffing, tech, marketing, or creative industry connections) Proven track record of lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals A confident, proactive communication style with consistently strong follow-up Comfort with structured sales processes, tools, and performance tracking Bachelor’s degree preferred—but equivalent experience or a killer sales track record will do just fine * Not a perfect match?
