We're looking for a dedicated and efficient team member to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Enjoy the vibrant city life of Chattanooga while contributing to our success. You'll manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Receive & Process: Unload shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and deliver items for unit orders.
Inventory Control: Stock inventory in designated locations and participate in inventory counts and audits.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and delivery carts.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols, keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving data.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse worker (12 years preferred).
Skills: Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in varied warehouse temperatures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, WORD, and email. Ability to learn new computer programs.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferences

Experience: Experience beyond 2 years in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management software.
