Remote Neurologist - Telehealth

SUMMARY Avel eCare, a leader in delivering specialty telemedicine across the U.S., is seeking a Neurologist to join our Specialty Clinic team as a PRN / 1099 Independent Contractor. This role offers you the freedom to practice remotely while ensuring that patients in underserved populations gain access to critical neurology expertise. Physicians in this role will provide outpatient consultations, with schedules provided approximately two weeks in advance to ensure predictability and flexibility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide remote outpatient consults through secure telemedicine platforms. Review patient information and develop appropriate care recommendations. Collaborate with on-site clinical teams to coordinate next steps in care. Document visits clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Follow Avel’s established telehealth workflows to ensure smooth and professional consults. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE MD or DO degree required. Telemedicine experience preferred but not required. CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, AND/OR REGISTRATION Active DEA certification and Board Certification in Neurology. At least one unrestricted state license (any state in the U.S.).
