Grace Bay Resorts is seeking a Dedicated Clinical Trainer to join our team in remotely. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to shape training and development initiatives within the hospitality industry, helping our teams deliver exceptional guest experiences through skilled, confident, and well-prepared staff.

As a Dedicated Clinical Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that build operational excellence across our resort properties. You will work closely with leadership and department managers to identify skill gaps, develop tailored learning solutions, and ensure consistent service standards are upheld across the organization.

This role offers a competitive hourly compensation range of $38.46 - $44.23 USD, along with the flexibility of a remote working arrangement and meaningful opportunities for professional growth within a respected hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clinical and operational training programs for resort staff
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and development priorities
• Develop training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned with brand standards
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training sessions across multiple departments
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with department heads to reinforce skills and address performance concerns
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and hospitality trends
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for leadership review
• Coach and mentor staff to build confidence and competence in their roles
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across guest service and operational areas

Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or learning and development professional, preferably within hospitality
• Strong understanding of clinical or health-related training principles and protocols
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience designing curriculum, training materials, and learning assessments
• Proficiency with learning management systems and virtual training platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
• Ability to adapt training delivery to diverse learning styles and audiences
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Preferred: Certification in training, instructional design, or a relevant clinical field
• Preferred: Familiarity with hospitality operations and resort service standards
