Dental Treatment Care Coordinator

North Valley Family Dentist Based in Phoenix, AZ, we are looking to hire a full-time or part-time Dental Treatment Care Coordinator to help patients plan for and receive the dentistry services they need. It is a competitive hourly wage of $16-$21/hr plus monthly bonuses. About the Job As a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator, you will help patients make informed decisions about their treatment plans. You will: Enter patient information accurately into the database. Review and understand the dentist’s proposed treatment plans. Explain dental procedures and treatment options to patients. Break down financial costs clearly and tactfully. Assist patients in understanding insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations when needed. File claims promptly and track authorization progress. Collect patient co‑pays and post transactions. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Qualifications Experience as a treatment coordinator. Emotional intelligence. Excellent customer service skills. Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Positive attitude and teamwork mindset. Work Schedule The position can be full-time or part-time.
