Assurance Senior Associate [Real Estate Group]

Job Description We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Associate to join our team in the Chicago office, working in a hybrid environment. Your Role Assurance Senior Associate (Chicago, Hybrid) Responsibilities Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts Take responsibility for pre‑engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables Develop detailed engagement work plans Illustrate budgets and schedules Actively participate in proposals Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback Gain the respect and confidence of the team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership Qualifications 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm Real estate experience preferred Bachelor’s degree required CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX Exceptional organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) Benefits Salary range in Illinois: $80,000 to $120,000, plus discretionary performance bonus Generous paid time off (PTO) Expanded and inclusive parental benefits Access to best‑in‑class learning and development platforms Paid time off for volunteering Equal Employment Opportunity Statement CohnReznick is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive team.
