Senior Graphic Designer

Company Description Role Description This is a hybrid role (in-office Scottadale, AZ for the first 90 days, then hybrid). You will be working across 5 to 10 active projects at a time, collaborating closely with our Creative Director and Account team, and eventually presenting your work directly to clients. What You Will be doing Leading graphic design and campaign development for food and beverage brands, from concept through delivery Creating mood boards, style guides, and creative direction for product and food and beverage photo shoots Managing pre-production logistics: sourcing props, coordinating backgrounds, purchasing shoot materials, and owning the visual vision from brief to final frame Executing and programming email campaigns, including back-end setup and front-end graphics, with content provided by others Contributing forward-thinking design thinking to email campaign strategy, not just production Applying working knowledge of UI/UX, digital art, and front and back-end web concepts to digital deliverables Editing video content and coordinating voice-over talent as needed Presenting and pitching creative vision to clients, supported by senior leadership in the room Contributing to brand development for the agency and select clients Managing your own workload inside Function Point (our project management tool), flagging risks, communicating status in weekly check-ins, and asking for help when you need it What We Are Looking For You have a portfolio that is yours. Not AI-generated, not templated, yours. You have a point of view, an aesthetic sensibility, and the instinct to use your own creative brain first. You know when a project is great and when it is just good enough, and you understand the difference between those two things and when each one is the right call. Strong foundation in graphic design with food and beverage or CPG experience (a plus, not a requirement) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of digital design, email platforms, and basic web concepts Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate when timelines are at risk Comfortable in client-facing settings: you can present your work with confidence, take feedback without taking it personally, and build trust in a room Collaborative by nature, capable of working independently, and honest when you are stuck Video editing experience and familiarity with voice-over coordination are a plus A healthy relationship with AI tools: use them to support your thinking, not replace it What Great Looks Like at 6 Months You are bringing creative energy and new ideas to projects.
