This role blends platform engineering, architecture, and hands-on data engineering, with a focus on building and scaling enterprise-grade Databricks environments for large, regulated clients.The ideal candidate will lead platform setup, governance, and adoption, while partnering directly with clients to design and deliver high-impact use cases leveraging the latest Databricks capabilities (e.g., Dataflow, Unity Catalog, AI/BI, Genie).This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong technical depth, communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data platform solutions. NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role will depend on the location of the successful candidate. For candidates in and Plano, TX and Atlanta, GA the starting pay range is $134,625-$224,375. For candidates in Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN the starting pay range is $148,088-$246,812. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
