Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time Monitor symptoms and respond to adverse reactions or refusals Report health changes and support care plan updates through transcribing physician orders Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with safety standards Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred This role is vital for ensuring resident safety, preventing medication errors, and complying with regulatory standards through clinical accuracy and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
