Luma Pediatric Dental is a brand-new pediatric dental practice. No pediatric dental experience required. We are happy to train the right person who is kind, dependable, and excited to learn. Many excellent pediatric dental assistants start without pediatric experience — what matters most is patience, compassion, and a positive attitude with children. Position Details Location: Howell, NJ Schedule: Part-time initially with opportunity to transition to full-time as the practice grows Compensation: $20–$30 per hour depending on experience Because we are a startup practice, the schedule will build gradually. This allows time for training and learning our systems while we grow together.
