Job Description
Project Leadership & Execution
- Manage all phases of construction for CAPEX projects within active pharma/healthcare facilities
- Oversee subcontractors, field teams, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain schedule, budget, and quality control benchmarks
MEP & Technical Oversight
- Lead coordination and execution of complex MEP scopes (HVAC, clean rooms, process systems, electrical infrastructure)
- Ensure systems are installed and commissioned in accordance with GMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for a global pharmaceutical client account
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, facilities teams, and end users
- Provide regular reporting, updates, and project visibility
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to all site-specific safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage work in fully operational environments, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations
- Support validation, commissioning, and turnover processes
Project Controls
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes
- Track costs, schedules, and project performance metrics

The Successful Applicant
Required
- 7-12+ years of construction experience, with at least 3-5 years as a Project Manager
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare projects
- Strong expertise in MEP systems and coordination
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (GMP, FDA, cleanroom, etc.)
- Ability to manage projects within active/operational facilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Preferred
- Experience supporting large pharma client accounts
- Background with top-tier GC/CM firms
- Familiarity with commissioning, validation, and turnover processes
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
