Adjunct Instructor of Philosophy for HLIP Program Part‑Time Newburgh, NY, US Salary Range: $3,000–$3,300 per course Job Description: The Division of Social Sciences invites applications for an Adjunct Professor of Philosophy to teach a General Ethics course for our Hudson Link Prison Initiative (HLPI) Program. The course will be offered from August 24 to December 4, 2026 on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday mornings (8:30‑11:20am) at Shawangunk Correctional Facility in Wallkill, New York. Applicants should have a commitment to strong, effective, and inclusive teaching. Previous college teaching experience in the discipline/field is preferred. Qualifications include: A master’s or doctoral degree in Philosophy or a related field.
