Carpenter ( Residential Construction Remodel) at Ferguson Builders:

• Pay: $40,000 - $58,000 annually (based on experience and performance).
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Work Location: In-field ( job sites).
• Overtime: Occasional overtime available.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a skilled carpenter with a vast knowledge of various carpentry techniques to join our team! You will collaborate with the Project Manager to build, install, adjust, and repair various structures, fixtures, and other items using a range of materials.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 2+ years of infield experience, but not required.
• General knowledge of Residential Construction practices and building codes.
• Works efficiently and accurately while paying close attention to detail.
• Works well both as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 80 lbs.
• Proficient use of power and manual equipment and measuring tools.
• Trade Skills a plus: Framing, Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall, Electrical, Flooring, Tile.

Responsibilities:

• Produce projects to standards.
• Maintain thorough records with Daily Logs.
• Measure and mark construction materials accurately.
• Cut, shape, alter, and install construction materials to complete residential remodels.
• Read and adhere to labels, safety regulations, building codes, and guidelines.
• Use and maintain tools/equipment in safe operating conditions.
• Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with the production team.
