- Resolvebillingdiscrepanciesandrespondtocustomerinquiriesefficiently.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoensurebillingaccuracyandcompliance.
- Prepareandanalyzefinancialreportsrelatedtobillingoperations.
Requirements:
- Provenexperienceinbilling,accounting,orarelatedfield.
- Strongattentiontodetailandexcellentorganizationalskills.
- ProficiencyinbillingsoftwareandMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
- Excellentcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanagetimeeffectivelyinaremoteenvironment.
