Job Details Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: 164-1500 Expo Parkway - Sacramento, CA 95815 Salary Range: $30.14 - $39.18 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time, FLSA: Non-Exempt Responsibilities Provide direct support to the WellSpace Health recruiting process. Review applicants and candidates’ resumes/applications for qualifications required by job description. Assist recruiting team with sourcing, phone screening and scheduling interviews. Assist with recruiting documents (tracking spreadsheet and pre‑screening documents). Assist with job requisitions and job descriptions. Provide updates to candidates on a weekly basis. Perform customer service functions by answering candidate and employee questions. Enter documentation in the employee electronic files. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma and one year of human resources experience required; AA/BA in related field preferred. Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills. Strong command of written and verbal communication. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Good understanding of the organization’s overall business and objectives. Ability to perform in a cross‑functional team approach. Strong detail orientation. Must be able to multi‑task, work under pressure, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and produce quality results. Proficient in using computers and related software programs, Internet. Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality. Work collaboratively in a team environment, respecting diverse perspectives. Adherence to infection control procedures (temperature monitoring, hand washing, symptom self‑monitoring, masking, social distancing).
