We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly skilled Clinical Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. This position is for a seasoned professional who can confidently manage all aspects of clinical assisting in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

PLEASE NOTE:
5 years of clinical dental assisting experience is REQUIRED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.  

Applications without this level of experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for restorative, crown & bridge, extractions, root canals, and other dental procedures
• Taking digital radiographs and impressions
• Sterilization and infection control compliance
• Assisting with patient flow and treatment preparation
• Maintaining accurate clinical notes and records
• Providing exceptional patient care and communication
• Supporting the doctor and team with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recent clinical dental assisting experience
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred
• X-ray certification required (if applicable in your state)
