Field Technician - Welder

We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician with welding capabilities to support the construction, operations, and maintenance of thermal remediation systems. This role combines our traditional Field Technician duties with the additional skill of performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon-steel pipe, stainless-steel tubing, and rods./ph3Position Summary:/h3pWork across all phases of TerraTherm projects, including construction, installation, operations support, maintenance, and demobilization. Assemble and disassemble vapor- and liquid-treatment systems. Operate various types of equipment and perform high-quality welding and fabrication as required./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliAssemble and disassemble vapor and liquid treatment equipment./liliOperate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently./liliTroubleshoot and repair system components./liliPerform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for construction and operations tasks./liliEnsure weld quality with proper fit-up, preparation, and inspection./liliFollow TerraTherm safety practices and participate in safety programs./liliMaintain professionalism, workmanship, and reliable communication./li/ulh3Physical Demands:/h3ulliModerate to heavy exertion, including lifting to 50 lbs./liliStanding, bending, stooping, and working on uneven terrain./liliOutdoor work in varying climates./liliWorking around machinery, chemicals, and noisy environments./li/ulh3Work Environment Travel:/h3ulliRemote Nationwide position with required travel/liliWorking in various climates/li/ulh4Minimum Qualifications:/h4ulliOne year of experience in construction, mechanical, or maintenance fields./liliHigh School diploma or equivalent./liliValid drivers license with a clean record./liliAbility to pass physical and drug/alcohol screenings./liliProficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, including carbon steel and stainless-steel materials./li/ulp$23 - $28 per hour depending on experience/ppRespiratory Protection will be required to be worn if specified by a site-specific Health and Safety Plan, or when air monitoring indicates potential for exposure levels to reach an established action, level, threshold limit value (TLV), or permissible exposure limit (PEL).
