Weekend RN Supervisor The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Compensation: Up to $60/hour Position Overview: The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is currently hiring a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Weekend Supervisor. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting and is passionate about delivering excellent resident care while supporting nursing staff during weekend shifts. Key Duties: Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff throughout weekend shifts Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compliant resident care Act as the primary clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families Monitor and support medication administration and treatment procedures Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes Handle urgent clinical situations and provide direction as needed Review documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York Previous supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical judgment and leadership capabilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate up to $60/hour Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off and holiday incentives Opportunities for career advancement Collaborative and supportive team culture Schedule: Weekend position (Saturday & Sunday) Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
