At Parkway Ford, we're looking for a motivated, competitive, and personable Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with. Your job is to connect with customers, create relationships, set quality appointments, and help move customers one step closer to purchasing a vehicle.

• Connecting with customers by phone, text, and email
• Responding to new internet leads
• Following up with previous customers and unsold opportunities
• Setting and confirming appointments
• Building relationships with potential buyers
• Helping customers take the next step toward purchasing a vehicle
• Working closely with our sales team

No Automotive Experience? No Problem.

You don't have to be a car expert to be successful here. We'll teach you the automotive side of the business. What we're looking for is someone with the right attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and desire to succeed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
