Advance Your Career!We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Medicine Physician to become part of our newly established Primary Care team in Allendale, MI. Opportunity Details- New Primary Care Office: Set to open in October 2026, this facility will provide a fresh environment for patient care.
- Comprehensive Primary Care: Manage your own patient panel, offering diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for all age groups.
- Modern Facility: The new office will include on-site Urgent Care and X-Ray services.
- Collaborative Team: Work alongside a team of four providers, including two physicians and two APPs, in a highly supportive atmosphere.
- Balanced Work Schedule: Enjoy 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days each week.
- Flexible Hours: The office will operate Monday through Friday, allowing you to create a schedule that promotes work-life balance.
- Shared Call: Participate in an unrestricted shared call system with family medicine physicians across the organization, ensuring a manageable workload.

- Physicians must be board certified in their clinical specialty or achieve certification within the timeframe set by the relevant specialty board.
- Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- DEA license required
- BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS certification (must be maintained)
A typical day may involve:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
