Sourcing and Contracts Specialist

Janitorial/Housekeeper PositionBHI Energy is looking to hire a janitorial/housekeeper to work at the Roxboro Fossil Plant, located in Roxboro, NC. We are looking for someone who lives within 50 miles of the plant, as this position does not pay any per diem or relocation fees. This is a long-term position.In this position you will be responsible for day-to-day cleaning and upkeep of buildings and other assigned areas within the facility. Work performance and cleaning shall be to a level that meets established cleaning standards and expectations.Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Specific job responsibilities and duties should include but not be limited to:Clean floors (i.e. sweeping, mopping (dry & wet), and vacuuming)Clean and service facility restroomsVacuum and shampoo carpets, rugs and other floor coveringsWash walls and glassDusting ledges and countertopsRemoving trash and debris from collection receptaclesWeed removal around exterior of building and in flower bedsNotifying management of need for repairs
