Code Enforcement Officer

City of Marietta, Georgia

City of Marietta is seeking a qualified Code Enforcement Inspector to inspect residential buildings for compliance with city housing codes and zoning ordinances. The role involves citing corrections, overseeing remedial actions, and advising on actions when unsafe structures are identified. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in code enforcement, ICC Property Maintenance/Housing Inspector certifications or the ability to obtain them during the probation period, and a valid Georgia driver's #J-18808-Ljbffr
