Are you a marketing powerhouse ready to make waves in healthcare? We’re looking for a Clinical Marketing Liaison who can craft and execute bold marketing strategies, build strong community partnerships, and boost our patient census — all while representing our mission with passion and professionalism.
What You’ll Own:Develop and roll out dynamic marketing plans that spotlight our facility and services
Build and nurture strategic relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
Drive admissions by ensuring smooth, informed transitions from home, hospital, or other facilities
Manage all aspects of the admission documentation process with precision and care
Be the face of our brand in the community, creating trust and lasting connections
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years marketing management experience — healthcare experience a major plus
Proven success as a Marketing Director or Clinical Liaison, preferably in Skilled Nursing
Skilled in aggressive yet tactful marketing and relationship‑building
Must be able to build strong, lasting relationships with hospitals, physicians, and SNFs
Ready to travel locally about 80% of the time to build and maintain vital partnerships
