Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager

Hospice RN Case Manager Full-Time Schedules - $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Absolute Hospice is seeking an experienced, compassionate RN to join our hospice team! The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and support the patient's family; manage an interdisciplinary group and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care, and case‑manage all assigned patient clinical records.
