Provide basic cardiopulmonary diagnostic services to patients Facilitate patient care through timely reports to physicians Follow departmental, hospital, and Human Resources policies and procedures Assist with Emergency Room triage Perform non-invasive cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures under physician orders Record short cardiopulmonary histories relevant to testing or procedures Maintain departmental statistical and individual productivity records Process patient billing per procedure Act as part of the Cardiac rapid response team Use medical skills to care for patients according to age, diagnosis, and physical abilities Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Previous healthcare experience is preferred Completion of training and competency evaluation in ECG, rhythm strip, and heart monitor hook-up/take-off Scheduled weekly hours: 12 Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in providing cardiopulmonary diagnostic services, including ECG and heart monitor procedures, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and effective patient care.
