Sales Director Responsibilities include: Supporting the Executive Director to increase occupancy, meet revenue goals, and maintain a waiting list for apartments Staying informed on operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to leads Achieving community sales objectives, occupancy, and revenue targets as set by leadership Developing and refining quarterly marketing plans for the community Matching prospective residents’ needs, overcoming objections, and negotiating favorable outcomes Collaborating with community managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure smooth move-in processes Qualifications: Three to five years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or as per state requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonida Senior Living
