What You’ll Do As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring smooth shifts and satisfied guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Overseeing restaurant operations during your shift to maintain high standards of service and quality. Leading and motivating team members to perform at their best. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Managing inventory and supplies to keep everything running like clockwork. Assisting in training new team members and fostering a positive work environment. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry. Be at least 25 years old. An open schedule that allows you to work a variety of shifts. Working weekends is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The ability to stay organized and focused in a fast‑paced environment.
