POSITION 1

• Location: Belle, MO
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 4p-8p & an 8-hour weekend day shift
• Patient Specifics: 10 year old

POSITION 2

• Location: Belle, MO
• Schedule: Friday-Monday Nights
• Patient S pecifics: 4 year old with G-tube, trach, and vent

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
