Based remotely with our hearts in Los Angeles and our offices in Post Falls, we're helping female brands, entrepreneurs and individuals kickass with their marketing, so they can focus on running their business.

About The Role

As our Brand + Marketing Intern, you'll be the heartbeat of our marketing efforts. You'll work closely with our team to amplify our social media presence, engage with our community, and brainstorm growth strategies. You'll be hands-on in shaping our brand narrative and ensuring our message resonates far and wide.

You're not just any intern; you're a force to be reckoned with. You've got the grit, the curiosity, and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. You're the kind of person who doesn't just face challenges; you eat them for breakfast. With a background in leadership (be it in clubs, volunteer work, or Greek life), and some kickass marketing experience under your belt, you're ready to dive headfirst into an industry that's just as dynamic as you are.

What You'll Do And Learn

• Craft Content That Matters: Produce, publish, and monitor content that people give a damn about.
• Master Social Media: Plan and manage our social media like a boss.
• Unleash Your Creativity: From copywriting to graphic design, you'll get to showcase your skills.
• Email Marketing & List Management: Learn the art of captivating inboxes.
• Analytics & Reporting: Dive into data and emerge with insights that drive strategy.
• Branding: Help us craft and design tone, voice and aesthetics for our clients.
• Website everything: Assist in creating websites, landing pages, and more!
• Product Marketing: Get down with customer research and market strategies.

Skills You Bring Or Will Learn

• Enrolled in a relevant university/college program.
• A burning passion for marketing and a commitment to female empowerment and diversity.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in social media and basic digital marketing tools.
• Analytical and creative – we value both!
• Detail-oriented, able to juggle tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Independent yet collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Canva, social media schedulers (ie: SproutSocial) and TikTok.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ask questions.

Bonus Points

• Experience with websites, SEO and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite and content creation tools.
• Experience in social media growth and campaign management.
• Influencer experience or growing online communities.

Compensation

This position is for academic credit. We ensure you're supported with networking opportunities, mentorship, and hands-on experience that's truly invaluable. There is also a monthly stipend.

Schedule

This internship is from January - May. Dates are flexible to accommodate your school calendar.

We anticipate 10-15 hours of work a week. It’ll be a hybrid of remote and in-office schedule. Candidates outside of Spokane/Post Falls area will also be considered for 100% remote role.
