Client Services Specialist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the office support industry, is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their team. As a Client Services Specialist , you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Location: Sparta, TN (Onsite)

Pay Range: $16-$20 DOE

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Answer calls from customers and provide new quotes or order status updates on existing orders

• Respond to customer emails requesting quotes or order updates

• Manage live chat requests from customers seeking quotes or order information

• Conduct calls to vendors to find suppliers or update customers on order statuses

• Take customer orders over the phone and follow up as needed

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of relevant expierence required

• Experience in basic office skills and proper phone etiquette

• Experience in phone-based sales or customer service preferred

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain detailed notes on interactions

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook); AS400 experience is a bonus
