Works under minimal supervision to coordinate and maintain scheduling of visits for home health patients and staff. Enters staff and patient information into database and maintains reports. Responsible for development and continual monitoring of the work schedules for clinicians to meet patient care needs, adjusts staffing according to available staff and reports changes to appropriate supervisors, assure accuracy of the time reports, verify hours worked daily, bonus hours, overtime hours and benefit days, and calculate staffing based on adjusted census daily. Schedules patient appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability. Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes. Enters staff and patient information into database. Maintains staff and patient statistics, and reports. Calls hospital Social Services department to notify them that an Agency patient has been admitted to their hospital. Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, etc. Performs other duties as assigned. This shift for this role is Monday - Friday 8am -5pm.

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years in medical office environment Exposure and working knowledge of physician billing, medical collections, coding and surgery scheduling and/or patient access Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Education: 2 years of college
Experience: Six (6) months of Home Health/Scheduling experience
