Business Excellence Specialist The Business Excellence Specialist is an essential member of the BE organization who will support store success both remotely and onsite. Reporting directly to the North American Business Excellence Leader, this individual will work closely with leadership to implement new sales initiatives as they relate to store success. Problem-solving, onsite validation, Onsite Store Support, and Store Manager training are all a large part of the job. Occasional project management will be required, as well as Policy & Process development and maintenance. This position requires travel up to 75% of the time. Position Responsibilities Validation Onsite validation of compliance & Business Excellence elements Store Business Review & Business Excellence Process Confirmations In-person store audits Discovery & Problem Solving Visit stores with chronic misses on Business Excellence metrics, establish Root Causes Recommend corrective actions to be completed that will correct the problem Support branches in need of onsite emergency support Store Manager Training Coordinate & assign online training for new Store Managers Conduct Virtual training to supplement online training, including go-do assignments to review with your students Onsite visits to reinforce the above training and validate understanding/implementation Projects & Other Project Manage New Store Openings Act as ERP Subject Matter Expert to support questions from all departments, mainly branches Policy writing & maintenance ERP programming testing and new functionality change management Testing new processes for the Digital Team YOU MUST HAVE 2 years of experience of multi-site leadership or minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager WE VALUE Solid business sense balanced with technical aptitude Time Management skills, ability to balance urgent vs important Excellent communication skills Some project management experience Cross-functional management ability Experience driving change Ability to influence at varying levels of the organization Advanced MS Office proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Monday to Friday working hours - very few weekends Opportunity to progress within a global business An opportunity to impact Store success #J-18808-Ljbffr Resideo Technologies Inc.
