The role requires a proven track record in healthcare business consulting and AI/automation to join our expanding healthcare practice. About the Role We’re launching the next wave of AI in Healthcare and growing our team with leaders and individuals who bring insights and best practices to help organizations in their AI‑enabled business transformations. Our Healthcare Consulting team helps clients apply cutting‑edge technology and techniques to deliver solutions to the payer and provider sectors. You will lead advising our consulting practice on innovative and digital ways of working and bring that approach to our healthcare clients. Responsibilities Lead and contribute to consulting project delivery, supporting offerings development, staff development, and overall success of the Healthcare practice. Bring healthcare domain knowledge in functional areas such as end‑to‑end claims process, population health, care management, utilization management, prior authorization, appeals and grievances, provider network, HEDIS/Quality/Stars improvement, enrollment and billing functions. Leverage expertise in payers and/or providers (health systems) to drive business transformation across both sectors. Work with clients to drive an AI‑first approach to business transformation programs enabled by AI, automation, document understanding, OCR, chatbots, process mining, and machine learning. Guide clients in understanding where and how AI/ML solutions can be applied, perform discovery, analyze requirements, processes, and automation impediments. Develop and optimize AI services and solutions, including Centers of Excellence (CoEs), process assessments, business case development, and vendor identification and selection. Demonstrate experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, foundational skills, POCs, and solutions implementation. Lead definition of to‑be state, creating and maintaining PDD and SDD throughout the project lifecycle. Create technology solution design at platform and architectural levels and develop information roadmaps and case definitions. Assist clients’ IT organizations to set up automation environments, define infrastructure requirements, and implement AI solutions. Support proposal development and pursuits for multimillion‑dollar programs. Reimagine end‑to‑end business processes with an AI‑First approach, identify use cases, and provide level‑of‑effort estimates and assumptions for implementation. Lead project teams, mentor, coach, and develop consultants and analysts. Contribute to practice development: identify AI trends, define relevant consulting service offerings, and author POV documents, case studies, and thought‑leadership whitepapers. Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time. Must reside in an Infosys Consulting Hub location in California, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Georgia, Massachusetts, or within 2 hours driving distance of one of these hubs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in a customer‑facing role in a large consulting firm or industry experience driving business transformations in a payer or provider/health system. At least 7 years of experience leading advisory services consultants in delivering AI, automation, and/or ML solutions and the technology lifecycle: operating model/strategy, opportunity assessment, discovery and requirements definition, solution architecture and design, development, testing, and production release. At least 5 years of healthcare domain experience in the functional areas listed above. At least 5 years of experience implementing AI and automation projects such as robotics, low code, OCR, chatbots or virtual assistants, natural language processing, and machine learning. At least 4 years of experience with AI and automation platforms (Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). At least 4 years of experience in AI and automation implementation using Agile or RPA methodologies. At least 2 years of experience working on Process and Task Mining capabilities (specifically UiPath Process Mining). Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and collaboration skills. Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, process analysis, and mapping abilities, with effective communication to senior and mid‑level business and IT stakeholders. Experience in leading or supervising a team of professionals. Preferred Qualifications Experience in process improvement and re‑engineering using process mining technologies like Celonis. Experience with Agile, Scrum methodologies and certifications in Agile or Scrum delivery. Estimated annual compensation range for a candidate based in CA, NJ, and NY: $154,375 to $193,125.
