Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Opening for Receptionist/Customer Service Representative in Pelham, NY. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Ideal candidate is bilingual Spanish / English speaking with communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems and must have or be able to attain a NYS Personal Lines license. (DC13168)
