Location: Chandler, AZ | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, 12 Month Contract | Compensation: Junior $30-35/hr W2 (approximately $30,000-$35,000 annualized); Mid level $35-48/hr W2; Senior level $48-62/hr W2 Overview An established manufacturing organization is seeking NX Designers at multiple experience levels to support mechanical design and modeling activities for its engineering team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, manufacturable 3D models and drawings that meet industry standards. US Citizenship is required, and this is an onsite position. What you'll do Create and review mechanical drawings with appropriate personnel, verifying completed work, checking dimensions, materials, and quantities Perform mechanical modeling using Siemens NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter Create and revise parametric drawings in conformance with ASME 3D modeling and drawing standards Verify 3D models submitted to manufacturing utilizing Siemens NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter Serve as liaison with various engineering disciplines, Manufacturing, and Quality Liaise with vendors as required Model fully defined components and assemblies efficiently using Siemens NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter Perform related duties as assigned or required Required qualifications Experience utilizing Siemens NX/CATIA CAD tools or applicable 3D CAD systems Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Basic knowledge in GD&T and its application Knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows, and NX 1946 as required Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work quickly and accurately under schedule pressure while exhibiting a large degree of patience US Citizenship required Ability to work onsite in Chandler, AZ Compensation and benefits Junior level: $30-35/hr W2 (approximately $30,000-$35,000 annualized) Mid level: $35-48/hr W2 Senior level: $48-62/hr W2 12 Month Contract Why this role This position offers the opportunity to apply CAD/CAM expertise across multiple engineering disciplines on a 12 month contract, with pay rates scaled to experience level. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group, SPG
