Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years current NICU experience License: Massachusetts RN license Certifications: - Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS - Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Must-Have: - Experience with Eat, Sleep, Console (ESC) babies - Experience with Transient Tachypnea (TTN) babies - Experience with blood sugar stabilization - Experience with babies needing respiratory support - Experience with High Flow Nasal Cannula (NC) Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in a Level 1B NICU setting. The role involves providing care for late preterm babies and those with health issues. The facility is equipped with the latest technology, including cardiopulmonary monitors, LED phototherapy lights, radiant warming units, and IV infusion pumps. Nurses will be responsible for resuscitation and stabilization care, oxygen therapy, and managing donor milk for feeding. Travelers must have Level 1B NICU experience to be considered for this position. All requested time off during the assignment must be noted. Requests made after submission may not be approved. Facility-provided scrubs will be the dress code for this role. Weekends and holiday shifts may be required. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this position.
