QA Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a QA Manager to join one of our largest clients in the Bedford Park, IL area to support an ongoing testing/assessment project. We need someone who has had experience with industrial QAQC processes and trainings and who can be onsite 5 days a week, 40 hour weeks.

• Review and approved contractor ITP's and QC procedures

• Monitors all inspection and testing activities

• Issues and closes NCR's & audits contractor QC

• Approves final turnover documentation

• Reviewing and approving all concrete testing and results

• Monitoring and approving all welding, NDE, material test documentation, shop and field, for saccharification tanks, structural steel and piping

• Oversee electrical instrumentation install + acceptance testing, calibration, loop checks, etc.

• 5+ years of experience of QAQC in industrial setting

• Experience with NCR, ITP, QC Procedures

• Experience with civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing
