responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the plant's Quality Management System and AS9100 compliance.

• Manage internal audits and coordinate hands-on corrective actions, driving root cause investigations to permanently resolve quality issues.

• Serve as the primary liaison for customer and supplier quality, addressing complaints, nonconformances, and corrective responses.

• Maintain an active presence on the manufacturing floor to conduct process audits, verify compliance, and support production teams.

• Track quality performance metrics, prepare monthly KPI reports for leadership, and administer the site's equipment calibration program.
