Senior Value Stream Manager - PVH

Medtronic seeks a Senior Value Stream Manager for its Peripheral Vascular Health operations in Southern California or Tijuana. The role owns end-to-end performance of assigned product portfolios, coordinating suppliers, manufacturing, and distribution to improve supply continuity, service, and margin while developing integrated five-year roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own operational health, performance, and strategic direction of assigned value streams from supplier through delivery
- Lead value-stream mapping and future-state design using Medtronic Performance System and Lean principles
- Build and govern prioritized portfolio of cost-down, margin-expansion, and network-optimization initiatives
- Partner with Product Lifecycle Management to define product rationalization and phase-out roadmaps
- Coordinate operations transition of new products and released-product changes into stable post-market supply
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 7+ years technical experience, or advanced STEM degree with 5+ years technical experience
- 5+ years leading people, programs, or cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end supply, manufacturing, or product value streams in regulated environments
- Ability to lead complex problem-solving, risk mitigation, and execution across multiple sites and functions
- Strong financial acumen including cost, inventory, capacity, and margin trade-offs
- Effective communication and influence skills across organizational levels
