The role of the Virtual Sales Team, OLP, is to educate, inspire and skilfully guide repeat Tesla customers into continuing their Tesla journey of ownership. Through targeted outbound campaigns and elevation of the customer experience, this team is responsible for growing the retention rate in the UK. The team focuses on financing options, trade-ins, collection and providing a World class experience. The Virtual Sales Manager is responsible for their team executing these activities at the highest possible level, while innovating and improving processes to make them more efficient and streamlined for both internal and external customers. Location: Office based in our London HQ What You'll Do Build, develop and grow a team of Virtual Sales Advisors for the UK MarketMonitor employee productivity which consists of, but not limited to: Direct Sales, Delivery Functions, Inbound & Outbound Communications and Ownership OutreachCommunicate and implement all relevant changes that impact the team regarding policy and processCollaborate with other departments in efforts to clear roadblocks and build strong stakeholder relationshipsSet goal to meet minimum expectations and manage ongoing performanceTrain and mentor new team members as well as identify future team leadersWork on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to the repeat purchase of Tesla productsActively coach team members on sales conversations and provide timely feedbackCreate and maintain a fun, inclusive culture that rewards hard work and innovation General Duties
Operate with a flexible mindset to support sales needs across the teamEnsure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in our internal systemsExecute on and share best practices with Field counterparts within the Market and RegionManage any additional duties to support wider business requirementsAbility to prioritise effectively and handle shifting priorities What You'll Bring At least 3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience in managing remotelyPositive and energetic, excellent listening and communication skillsShowcases an ability to take initiative and be proactiveCapable of working autonomously as well as in a teamResilience and adaptability to an ever-changing work environmentAbility to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in an office environmentProficient with standard productivity tools (Outlook, MS Office, Chrome, Teams).Flexibility to travel between Manchester, London and IrelandMust have a valid driver’s license for minimum of 2 yearsMust have and continue to maintain a valid and safe driving recordMust have the right to work in the UK , Tesla
