Systems Engineer IIWork Location: On-site New Era, MichiganHomeTown Pharmacy is a privately owned chain of pharmacies across Michigan, Indiana and Ohio serving retail, long term care, infusion and home health care supplies. HTP provides services to 26 retail locations, five closed door pharmacies, as well as one home infusion pharmacy.We are seeking a Systems Engineer II to own and support the company's IT infrastructure across all locations. This is a non-managerial hands-on technical engineering role responsible for independently supporting, maintaining, and implementing infrastructure systems for our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate is reliable and demonstrates strong attention to detail skills.What You'll DoOwn and support key portions of enterprise infrastructure including servers, endpoints, and network systemsIndependently administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure/AWS servicesSupport and maintain multi-site network connectivity (VPN, firewalls, routing, site-to-site links)Lead implementation of infrastructure projects and changesTroubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issuesEnsure system performance, uptime, and security standards are maintainedSupport integration of pharmacy and business systemsImplement HIPAA-aligned security controls and operational procedureWhat You Bring3-8 + years of experience in systems, infrastructure, or network engineering rolesAssociate or bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience preferredStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure (AWS exposure preferred)Solid understanding of networking (VPN, firewall configuration, routing, WAN/LAN)Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
