Instagram-TikTok - SMM Specialist In Jewelry Company

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms

This is not only a behind-the-scenes social media position. You must be comfortable, confident, and natural on camera , including speaking, presenting, and modeling our jewelry in videos and Reels.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other platforms
• Be comfortable speaking and modeling on camera
• Research trending and viral content and recreate it in our own Virabyani/jewelry style
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and video ideas
• Analyze Reels and TikTok performance to understand what content works and why
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, formats, sounds, and strategies
• Work directly with influencers and content creators , including outreach and collaborations
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and collect usable content
• Provide strong photo and video content to our marketing and advertising team
• Help develop and maintain a consistent, premium brand image across social media
• Monitor performance and continuously test new content strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and sales

Requirements

• Previous experience with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and social media content creation
• Strong understanding of viral content and current social media trends
• Must be comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
• Confident personality with strong communication skills
• Creative mindset and ability to generate new content ideas consistently
• Basic understanding of video creation/editing and content production
• Experience working with influencers is strongly preferred
• Experience with fashion, jewelry, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a plus
