What You’ll Do: Handle a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, enforcement, and related disputes Advise clients through emotionally and financially significant legal matters Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and case preparation Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings Collaborate with a strong legal team focused on achieving practical and effective outcomes What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree Active Arizona Bar license in good standing Strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Excellent communication and client-relations skills Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience practicing family law Courtroom, litigation, and negotiation experience Experience handling contested matters independently Exposure to Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, or Probate matters is a plus Why Attorneys Join Genesis Legal Group.
