La Viva Tex Mex | 1201 West 43rd Street

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, working alongside our talented Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dishes that our guests love. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef with meal prep, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Food Safety: Maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols at your assigned station to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Schedule

Part-time hours; flexibility with scheduling is preferred.
