Independent Living Support Specialist
Community Care Home
COMMUNITY CARE HOME INC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide personal care, supervision, and support in daily living activities. You will implement the Individual’s Support Plan, maintain records, and collaborate with families and service providers. The role requires strong English communication, basic computer skills, and ability to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
