As part of this role, you will:

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track student progress
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of needs
• Evaluate and document student abilities, set goals, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other specialists
• Contribute to IEP meetings and create adaptable strategies for diverse learning environments
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Effectively manage a flexible caseload, working approximately 10 hours per week
