This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a well-supported, fully equipped department that offers the latest in imaging technology and advanced treatment options. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality, patient-centered care across a broad range of interventional radiology services.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to interventional oncology, portal hypertension, spinal augmentation, venous disease, pain management, trauma, and dialysis access management.Lead and collaborate with a team of providers in an environment that values continuous improvement and professional growth.Work closely with a supportive group of 14 technicians and 13 nurses, ensuring optimal care and patient safety in all aspects of interventional radiology.Mentor junior staff and support an ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship program.Manage a mix of outpatient consults and follow-up procedures in dedicated outpatient spaces.Required QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.Completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Radiology fellowship.Valid medical license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the state of Pennsylvania.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.A passion for providing exceptional, patient-centered care.Why Join Us?Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from $440,000 to $540,000, with performance bonuses available.Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Retirement Plan: Employer automatic contribution and match to your retirement savings.Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and sick leave to ensure work-life balance.CME Support: Time and financial support for continuing medical education.Relocation Assistance: We offer generous relocation benefits to make your move easy.Work-Life Balance: Supportive environment with the opportunity to enjoy everything southern, PA, has to offer.Visa Support: H1B and Green Card assistance available.Southern Pennsylvania is a dynamic area that offers access to both vibrant urban life and peaceful rural landscapes.
