Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license and certification (ASHA CCC required)
• Previous experience working in pediatric and school-based settings preferred; CFY supervision available
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to delivering services within an inclusive, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary and PreK students, addressing a range of communication needs
• Conduct assessments, evaluate speech and language disorders, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and performance
• Consult and guide classroom staff on best practices for supporting speech and language development
